Can I get Tire Storage without TireTracks?
Yes. Tire Storage is available on its own. If you need shop management too, the bundle includes your TireTracks plan and Tire Storage at a lower combined price. They are separate applications; we confirm any integration requirements in your quote.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Configuration and staff training are part of every plan.
Can we switch plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
Where is our data stored?
Each customer gets a dedicated database. Your records are never mixed with another business’s, and you can export them whenever you like.
Do you offer a trial?
We start with a live demo, then a 30-day pilot. If it isn’t a fit, you don’t pay.
Is the software available in French?
This website and our support are available in English and French. The Tire Storage rebuild currently has an English interface; we’ll confirm your language requirements during the demo.
