The day board
Each time slot has four places. Every booking shows the customer, plate, vehicle and the bin to pull, so the sets are on the floor before the car arrives.
Pick a stored vehicle, then click any open place to book it, or hold places back when the shop needs room.
Amber bookings aren’t confirmed yet. Confirm them one by one, or the whole day at once.
A print layout puts the day, plates and bins on paper for the techs pulling sets.

Each day shows what’s booked and what’s left, split into morning and afternoon. Closed days are greyed out, so the desk knows where to send the next caller.

Search by plate, name, phone or bin. Each row shows the vehicle, its bin, whether it’s on the storage list, and the next appointment.

They enter their plate, confirm a texted code sent to a phone already on file, and pick a time that still has room. They can reschedule or cancel the same way.

Contact details, every vehicle they store, the bin each set sits in, and a direct link to book that vehicle’s next appointment.

Bookings, reschedules, cancellations, confirmations and record edits are logged with the staff member or customer who made them.
Choose how many cars per time slot, how far apart slots are, your weekly hours and your lunch break. Booking never goes past what you set, even if two people try the last place at once.
Holidays, inventory days, a short-staffed Saturday. Close it with a reason and it drops out of online booking.
Give a busy date its own hours or capacity without touching the rest of the week.
Upload your storage spreadsheet and review it first. Incomplete rows are flagged for correction and duplicate plates are shown as warnings before anything replaces the current list.
Post a notice on the booking page, like “Bring your wheel locks”, and add it to the confirmation text if you want.
Staff sign in with invited accounts; customers prove they own the phone on file before they can book.
