Hosting is for the websites and apps we build, billed monthly. TireTracks and Sproutly already include hosting in their plans.

Can you host a site you didn’t build?
Sometimes. We review what you have first and check that our platform can run it properly. If it can, we’ll host it; if it can’t, we’ll tell you so before anything moves.
Can you move my site over?
Yes, once we’ve reviewed it and confirmed it will run on our platform. For a smooth switch, your business needs to own its domain name and have access to its DNS. The move is quoted separately, and you get the price before you commit.
Do I keep my domain name?
Yes. Your domain stays registered in your name. We point it at your site and can help if you’re not sure where it’s registered.
What happens if my site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us automatically and we start on it straight away. If a change broke it, we restore the last good backup.
Can I leave?
Any time at the end of your billing period. We hand over your site’s software and files. Any API connections or special integrations we run stop working once it leaves our hosting, unless you replace them with your own.
